You would be better to invest some money in a small, cheap reseller account. You can upgrade to a higher plan with more space and bandwidth when you have some customers. No-one is going to want to buy from a web host who has a free reseller account. What say the free host disappears? Then their sites are gone, yours is gone and you have a big problem. Paid hosting is much more reliable!

You could also start with just a web hosting account yourself using cPanel with some subdomains. Host your clients' sites there and give them FTP access.
