Flash Buttons

I am trying to create a complete website in flash...with that I have created a movie and need for my buttons to be able to, when clicked go to and play from a certain point on the timeline...for some reason it's not working out for me...i don't know whether I created the buttons wrong, or if just the actionscripting is wrong, or if just the placement of the actionscript is wrong.

If you could help me with this issue it would be most appreciated.
