Were would be the best place to get an owned vbulletin licence?
Or is anyone here wanting to sell one.
Im not really bothered about any support on it, just as long as I can get it cheaper :D

Well then I believe you're asking at the wrong place. The majority of the users here won't even pay for hosting - that's cheap - let alone a $160+ script.
