why wouldn't they? They support all the requirements. I am thinking of setting mine up there.

No, They say it uses more system resources than is allowed.

I've seen an Ikonboard on an F2S site, though, and it's been there for a while.

I think that it's more suitable to have there phpBB (http://www.phpbb.com/) and that phpBB is better than Ikonboard.

I think phpBB is better. If you have PHP and MySQL it's the best!

F2S only allows 5mb for mySQL... is that enough for a message board? What if it is fairly popular?

does not require any database intergration , thats why i use it!

did you know any knowledgable person can EASILY, VERY EASILY, hack your account using YaBB? from YaBB, you can find the admin password to the YaBB in the first place, or you can delete files here and there and cause annoyances. and that's only for beginners.

Seriously? How's that?

well, my friend's site is down for good so i can't show you how it works, but you can use absolute paths to navigate through the file system using YaBB as the client. all you have to do is add %00 at the end of the URL and wala, you've got yourself a directory listing, or the contents of a while. you can even decrypt the /etc/passwd file on a linux server because of stupid adminstrators that dont use shadow files. all because of security holes in YaBB.

All that seems to be doing is giving 404's.
