Need help with Italain Site

Im trying to make a sharehouse account withhttp://sharehouse.xoom.it but I dont speak Italain! Can anyone help me translate it for me or make a account. I need it to upload some clips I have for my site.

I must admit I do not speak Italian but I do speak Spanish which is very similar, what I didn't understand from the question I got from the answers. As you can see, very basic questions.
