Are you asking us if we need a host like that?

Or are you looking for the answer like everybody else? (http://www.f2s.com)

How much bandwidth can I use?
Freedom2Surf do not have any limit as to how much bandwidth you can use, but you cannot host any porn, warez, hacker, mp3, or download sites.

From users.f2s.com FAQ...

all my visitors are from new york, like me. notice the little thing called location under my name :). a service from the UK would be way too slow. i'm waiting for a stable host with PHP and MySQL that is on the eastern seaboard.

esw... if you don't want the answer, stop asking the question.

Distance on the net shouldn't make much of a difference.. I can get 68kb/s from the Geocities.. as fast as I can get from any hosts this side of the Atlantic (my cable modem is capped)

Yeah, you're right... I always thought the number of the server is the number in the document root...
web/sites/66/jorandarwinkel/www.jorandarwinkel.f2s.com

but sendmail really works terrible with me... maybe it's some problem with the script I have, but it's strange that 1 out of 3 mails is send...
well.. nevermind, I will find another server to host my e-cards site... :p
