Paid to display banners?

Are there any reliable companys out there that pay webmasters through paypal to display ads or banners on there websites? Im not looking for popups just ads or banners.

If you know any reliable ones preferably that you or someone you trust has used then please tell me!

If I'm not wrong, Fastclick pays by Paypal as well.

They are very reliable, I am using them as my main ad inventory and I have always been paid by them.

Clicksor has pretty low payouts so I suggest something like Fastclick if you got the traffic to get approved.

Ye....The best paypal scam is this thing when you have to email people and wait for there reply. It's stupid. You have to deposit loads and loads of money and then I dont even know if it works at the end. Its really crap. Whoever came up with the idea must be rich....LOL

You can find alot of these type of ad networks at http://www.affiliateseeking.com and I can say that PayPopUp.com is located in the popup section, which probably means that they mainly offers popup ads.

I would not suggest Clicksor as they don't pay that much. You could try Adsense as they have a banner program, which contains images, but unfortunately I think you also have to have text listings within the banner ads at times.

The next best option is FastClick as they have some well names companies listed within their network. They also pay on a click and CPM basis.
