MySQL Server

I need a server that supports MySQL, FTP, and PHP. I need MySQL and PHP to set up a Bulletin Board that I have. The power search does not give an option for MySQL, that's why I'm asking here. Any ideas? BTW, please don't say Surecity because they are hardly ever up.

spaceports.com advertises on their main page that they got mysql.. not sure if they offer php..
