Hey everyone,

Here is a page of some applications I created with VB and Access.

Let me know what you think of them and how you rate my shareware page.

Homeygwiz's Shareware Page:

Also some ideas of other applications or programs to create is always welcomed.

Thanks,

1. I hate shareware
2. Get rid of the background
3. Get rid of the table borders, instead do something like this:

<table width="whatever" border="0" cellpadding="1" cellspacing="1">
<tr><td bgcolor="black">
<table width="100%" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0">
<tr><td bgcolor="whatever">

here comes whatever must be in your table

</td></tr>
</table>
</td></tr>
</table>

This way you won't get those ugly borders

4. Add some more color! :p

Hey Thanks for the advice....

Did any of you try any of the programs out? If so let me know what you think about the applications. They aren't really big applications and complicated programs. I don't have too much experience or knoweledge of VB ... I do have enough to be a little dangerous :p

Anyhow... I will be attempting to change the structure of my website.

Keep the suggestions coming.

Just a few things:

1. Free shareware, is that freeware? (you might want to tell that
on the page too.)

2. NBCI, arnīt they closing *very* soon (bad timing ;) )
You may want to find another host....

3. Filesizes for most programs are given in mg, is that MeGabytes,
or MilliGram? :D

4. Still about filesizes: your files are quite large, especially the
"OH NO!!" program. Most people would think more than twice
before downloading a 6 mb program that is just for fun.

I wish you good luck!

Yeah,

I do agree I have some improvements on this page. Downloading the programs that are large do take some time unless you have a cable or DSL line. Since the VB apps have necesary files needed to run the programs and come with a setup wizard it makes these files hug. So I am not sure on how to resolve some the the files being so big.

But as far as the naming things... I sometimes suck at that...

I'll have to change that :)

Well guess people will have to be patient if they want to use any freeware apps of mine.

Butter some up popcorn, take a break, grab some lunch or dinner or supper, and just twittle your fingers while waiting to down load the files.
