overall, most ppl prefer subdomains to long directorys like http://www.yourfwp.com/members/yoursite/

What Neverm1nd posted includes most of the major perl free hosting scripts. There are a few similar programs written in php.. seee www.hotscripts.com. THe most common hosting scripts are normally HomeFree, WebNow, and Build A Community.
Now that that's done, I have one more questions for you... iif you can't pay for the script how are you going to setup a host thats reliable and/ or special? I mean is this free script just a start or do you plan to run a major free hosting site off it? If so... how?
