ConorO March 1st, 2005, 08:48 x10Hosting has got to be the best free hosting I have seen in years. I am on the x10advanced plan and I don't know what to do with all the extra resources! Putting a small ad on your page seems like a very small price to pay for 20 gig of bandwidth, and 1 gig of space.
The support forums are also a great place to go with a lot of different forums to post in. I am a moderator at x10 and I think that anybody who registers there and applies for hosting is a very smart person. With round-the-clock support, problems with your hosting don't last very long.

Yes, you've probably heard several times that "it is the best free hosting". If you havn't been there, then you don't know! How many other free hosts offer such GREAT plans? More and more free hosts are offering SQL databases, but still many don't even offer database! That is pathetic!
While I have been a member, I have experienced no downtime. Oh, wait, I remember that time when it was down for only five minutes... What is five minutes going to do? NOTHING! Did I forget to say how great cPanel and Fantastico are? There are SO many scripts you can use to create content managers and forums if you don't know anything about creating websites or installing forums. There are also tons of features, beginner type features and advanced features. One of these is Hot Linking to stop users from stealing your bandwidth.
Besides the free hosting, you get a great community that is growing ever so fast. Do you have any questions? Do you want to talk about interesting things? Then come to the forums at x10Hosting and do so! We, the staff, are constantly finding ways to make the community better. New plan-like features are coming out, such as paying to remove the TINY ads for such a LOW price. You can also choose from the different domains, which has already been mentioned, to fit with your site. Even though x10hosting offers the best free hosting, :), you probably don't want it as your domain. So why not choose elementfx.com or the others that actually blend with your site?

5min? if remmember it was more than 20min :D. the database wasn't stable and ppl that have mysql in website don't get in at all, but if u only use html website then it's less downtime.
i tested many time when i can't connect to my website, i went to a test page (html version) and it's ok , but if the page try to query mysql database,then it's dead. maybe they update the DB now.

It would be nice if you said something when you realized MySQL wasn't working Aki instead of trying constantly and not notifying anyone then complaining about it.

2. i thought i told you at pcriot.com, anyway. i can't tell if it's normal that database goes up and down.
3. the x10hosting went down too, so i thought you guys should noticed about that right?what is the point notify when x10hosting went down and i can't go there and tell u :D

madmatt911 March 6th, 2005, 13:48 x10 is the best free hosting there is!!! the servers are fast. they give more than enough space and bandwidth. i have had absolutely no downtime at all. i know that a lot of people dont think x10 is good but they never tried it, if they just gave it a shot there ideas of post to host will change forever! keep up the great work x10!
