Hello, I really need some help ... Can you tell me how I can transfer out of NameZero to another registrar? I have paid for my domain with namezero and now have plus membershhip, can some one helpe?

it has been already covered.

wait until you got your name in the whois listing.
wait for 60 days
decide to which registrar you wanna transfer and conntact them
(e.g. godaddy gkg.net)
and at most registrars you have to fax a signed form for the transfer
