I need hosting for a forum which i plan to make popular!

I am currently looking for free subdomain webhosting, my website will be called:
rantsforum."yourdomain.com"

What i would like:
- cPanel w/ Fantastico
- 100MB Space
- 5GB Bandwidth
- 5 MySQL Databases
- 5 Subdomains
- 5 FTP Accounts

What will my forum be about?
My forum will be a place where people can rant about different topics such as Sports, Politics, Internet, Racism and much more!

There will be no rules whatsoever. Coarse language will be allowed on the forum.

There will also be a Rant Battles section where people can have battles where they rant to each other and the members will vote who they think has the better rants :D

The slogan for the forum will be "Release your anger!" :D

Please use our navigational menu at the top of the forum and select 'Service Registration'. We are currently constructing a portal to provide an easier navigational source.
