Here is what i found dude.

Prior to requesting, take note of the following:

1) Before requesting you will be required to gain a certain number of PBPP. This these will count towards your total needed for the month you request and will not be taken upon request.

2) Throughout the life of your account you will be required to gain PBPP monthly in order to pay for your account. PBPP are awarded based on the content of a post and not merely on the number of posts made. This will make it extremely easy to gain the PBPP.

3) Your account must maintain a balance of content. Websites that contain only scripts or only downloads will be removed, the exception to this is content management systems/forums.

After you have completed all requirements you may request using the following form:
