Today I received a business proposal from Axill.com.

http://easywhois.us/whois.php?domain=axill.com

They've been around for 7 months. On their website, they list a few "examples", http://www.axill.com/demo.aspx

And the first one is WashingtonTime, which isn't their ads on that site.

I'd stay away from them

I will. But I am not sure to use them, I am currently very happy with adsense and fastclick, and I don't have any inventory left to add extra ads.
