Does somebody know a freeware sites host??

Hi i will open a Freeware Site soon but i don`t have a Host where i can upload my Freeware rogramms and Games

the Server must give


-FTP Upload
-CGI
-PHP
-500 - 999MB Space

if somebody know a host than let e know please ist very important!!!

i'm not sure where your from, " [TS]RAMROD," but around here we call that warez.

oh and btw, don't expect to find any hosts that will allow it.
