How long does it take for them to review your site? I applied on Monday and still haven't recieved a response. I can wait, but I wish to know an estimate as to how long it usually takes them.

Usually 3 days if I am not wrong. I got mine reviewed in 2 days but I got rejected.

Don't count in weekends though. I think their reviewing process takes about 2-3 business days. :P

I set up two campaigns 2 days ago, one has already been running for about 24 hours the second is still pending. Actually I am not that satisfied with the result so far. With Google AdWords I got a clickrate of between 4.5% and 8.5% for my creative and that meant a couple of hundred clicks per day. So far I have not got any from Mamma.
The reason I tryied Mamma for is the very low bids. Where I payed Google for one click at £1.05 average I am bidding the first place with 10 keywords at Mamma at just $0.06! Sounds good but is not working really.

I've heard good reviews about Kanoodle, but as I am targeting UK visitors I am not sure whether I could do it with Kanoodle as in UK it's not that well known.

What I've just written got me heartened up to sign up with Overture. Their maximum bids are still much lower than Google's adwords. (20-50%)
I'll correspond to you whether it is as effective as well.
