My domain www.tenshi-yami.uni.cc is working perfectly fine.

But you're right, on UNI.CC's main page, it does say ":19638/webhost/rollout">-->", however, the titles says "Refreshing to welcome page..." and it never refreshed. o.o

How did you manage to keep your site up and running?

The domain tenshi-yami.uni.cc uses DNS and it's been using DNS with the same host for about 5 months.

Mine uses DNS aswell and it works http://your-host.uni.cc as long as the server bills and the domain is paid we are safe lol

Keep in mind that they are updgrading their DNS system. So that may in some way cause these small problems.

Yeah that's what happened to me. tenshi-yami.uni.cc's DNS works but purewhitewings.uni.cc's redirect doesn't work...

Thier doing major upgrades, and those currently with a DNS capability should remain running all others may fail. Also their own site will be effected as they redo everything.

The error is a message posted as the home page redirect by Ensim.

They shouldn't be too long as it's just a part of the process.

They may be down for quite a while for the DNS upgrades. The last time they took away the DNS services and it took about 2-3 months for them to promise to bring DNS back in March.

Since they just got back online, I'm sure they are updating the DNS servers.

I think Mr.Brightside means that the registration for new domain has no DNS now.

new domains do not have dns, but old domains can still be seen to have dns in their control panel. all modifcations and dns updates can still be made for the old domains as normal.

uni.cc has changed ISPs and gone to new servers because their old ISP was unable to host uni.cc sites. i believe we will see DNS services on new domains at uni.cc in the near future.

if you's still need a free domain with dns why not try your LUCK at registering a .com.ru at ripn.net?? lol. i tried last nite to register one and everything went thru ok and said it was queued for manual processing within 2days....however, i reliased i got the IP of the primary nameserver wrong...oops. looks like ill need to resubmit. i'm real close to crackin the system n registering a domain there. if i can successfully do it and have time, i will code a PHP script that ACTUALLY WORKS unlike www.dnsau.com.ru's *wonders what they do with your info*
