Reseller Plans (What resellers want?)

Hey everyone,

We're redesigning our web site and also creating a reseller program for our customers...

Basically, I'm just wondering what options reseller's look for these days when finding a new host to bring their customers to. It's been a long time since we were reseller's (now on multiple dedicated servers), and times have changed... Back then it was all about finding the best price...

It would really be appreciated if everyone could leave a list of their most desired features in regards to reselling. (Ex. Billing methods preferred, Features Included, Bandwidth (bulk?), etc.) :)

Didn't know this... Below10host.com used to be sitehost4u.com, and now they made a new site with lower prices... interesting. :)

Anyway, that's a straight forward way of handling reselling... I think I might offer something like that as well as buying in bulk. (Take a look at Sitehost4u's reseller plans)

I personally wouldn't mind the capability to build your own plans, someone has that, is it donhost? That's just a nice thing so they don't have to stick with specified plans. I don't know, but I've also never liked the idea of billing the reseller. Does anyone actually bill the client? Like the company will bill the client under the resellers domain name.
