How do you sell domain names? What do you need to get?

You get a domain reseller account. the two most recommended are enom and directi..

If you don't wanna pay a setup fee, you are looking at:

eNom - A reseller account that gives you domains for $8.95, search "free enom 8.95 reseller" in google and you will find plenty of providers.

Directi - Free sub-reseller accounts from Directi reseller's vary, the cheapest I have been able to find is http://domains.demonmoo.com/ which are $6.95. You might be able to find to better.

So each domain sold I would get 6.95?

No, that is the wholesale price you get. You charge a markup on that, say you charge $8.95, assuming you use paypal, you will make like $1.40 off each domain after paypal fees.
