As funny as that seems im sure it means the same as nomonthlyfees.com does. You pay the $180 and thats classed as a setup fee. Then each year you pay the $60 a year which would they hope cover the cost of the domain if u have bought it through them or transferred it into them plus the technical support and other things like bandwidth.

Yeah, and if they register the domain at $8.99 per year they pocket $51.01 per year.
