About Euro based hosts...

HELL-o! I'm new here!

I've got to ask this about Euro based hosts, don't they usually check to see if the site is based in Europe or something?

For example, wouldn't a host like multimania check to see if the sites it's hosting are actually in French?

Anyway, is there really a good replacement host for someone who used NBCi?

Do US based hosts check if the site is based in US?

If there are limitations it would rather be that the site must be based in the same country, not on the same continent.

Some have restrictions, but most are wide open I think.
