the news section could use a background too...
on top of your page, it says "WELCOME TO WALLISLAND," but the W and the D look like they are no part of the rest of the text... maybe you can make a new logo, where "WELCOME TO WALLISLAND" is the text, instead of a few letters... if you want to keep it this way, make sure the text vertical align is in the middle of the images:
