here as I'm from europe I don't know the exact time for my country
what's EST? -7 ? or something else

currently its EDT (eastern daylight time) so its an hour later.

EST = GMT -5
EDT = GMT -4

while saying "currently EDT" do you mean that domains drop at EDT or something else?

yes, right now they do. edt just means were in daylight savings time and internic is also.
