I need a web host with

CGI/PERL 5
SSI
200+ megs of space
FREE
No Advertisements or ONE Popup
Domain Hosting
Willing to Host an Animé site

and quick. Hypermart is driving me crazy with all of their pop-ups! I have been looking for a host like this for months.

I reccommend hut.ru it may take a while for the site to load but it has a hell of a lot of features.
Sorry about having a go at you phrozen but i am sick to death of people saying get some money out. This is a FREE webhosting forum. SO he wants something that is FREE.

Don't bust on phrozen... people who make outrageous demands of a free host should be told to pay. This is lot to ask. So paying would be better.

you should be happy if you get even 1 MB of ad-free space with those features. if you can, you can always look around some anime sites that do hosting, namely animehq.cc or cardcaptorz.com. they have what you want, but they require a user-placable banner (using IFRAMES) that probably won't get in the way. i believe they use cobalt raq4i

yes, but you have to meet certain requirements. thus they are not listed here.

actually, they do make money, and that's from ads. if the user doesn't place the ad in three weeks or so, the user is kicked off the server. that's how it works. i once was hosted by animeland.net with a subdomain, but they stopped hosting people and so my site got deleted :o

I only have that on my pay host! Look in the direction of pay hosting my friend, cause that aint gonna be free!
