Glass of water has a point. I have seen this happen before though, so it's not really uncommon. Companies Do give free services to employees instead of actual pay. In my opinion, it's a rip off since you'd get more money taking the money over the dedicated server, therefore you can get a better server. :)

Considering he only wants to work a MAXIMUM of three hours a day I would say it's not a good deal. I certianly would not hire him. So as I said before, go get a real job.

Ya 3 hours of work is not worth a HUGE reseller or lol a dedicated server! I mean dedicated servers cost from like $89/month and up! 3 hours of work is not even close! I agree with glassofwater too :-) getting a job might be usefuL!
