right im looking for the following:
between 80 - 100gig HARD DRIVDE
between 1000 - 2000 gig b/w
unlimited domains
unlimited mysql
unlimited subdomains
unlimited pop3/smtp
on a well known worldwide host like godaddy and registerfly with the price range of £45 or less a month paypal only and it would be good if with this dedicated server i could give out my own resellers to people i plan to start a host company

£45 or less is not a price for a dedicated server and specially not for
that type of resources that you are asking.

it would be good if you go for a reseller.

goddady and registerfly are known as domain registrars, not very good in hosting.

SM is not a reseller of TP. It's a division of TP.
anyway, maddude, if you want a FULLY MANAGED (that means the provider knows everything happening in your server, even before you notice), you cannot find out any one. Try to learn some stuff on server, and stay with basic managed service. Or raise your budget for a fully managed server :)

Duport, just to make clear: SM is using different network, different equiments. They are setting up different servers, not reselling from TP. For example, as far as I know, TP is using enterprise HRSP enabled routers, meanwhile SM is not for cutting down the price. SM has Cogent, while TP hasnt....

Anyway, SM is still very good ;)
