Dude.. you guys maybe have to learn that nothing in this world is 1000% free. You want PHP, MySQL, FTP and so on.. but no banners, ads, links... What would you offer in exchange?! The free host pay that bandwidth you spend for free...

It will be very difficult for you to find a webhost without offering to at least put a small ad on your site in return. Hosts are actually paying for the space they are offering to you, and a courtesy ad banner is not a large ask. As you know, the other popular free places (geocities, angelfire) only give out 15 - 20 mb and put huge banners and popups on your website. They also do not offer amazing features such as cpanel and ftp (rarely given). You also have to remember that "free" places limit your file size, and what files you can upload.
