Im going to run my own shoutcast radio station, and be a reseller for shoutcast hosting.
Need at least 1000 gig of bandwith, and no more than $70 a month

How many slots do you plan on using? And what bitrate you plan on using them at?
I can tell you that at 128kbps, 1000GB will get you approx 75 listener slots/month
Breakdown:
128*60*60*30/1024/1024 = 13.18GB
So 1000/13.18 = 75 slots
So I don't think reselling this would be viable, because you'd want quite a few slots for your station itself. Plus you would want to use slightly less, like 72 maybe, just to make sure it doesn't go over. It's not bad, I thought it would be actually a much lower number...but I still doubt it's viable.
Plus, do you know how to run the shoutcast servers on the server remotely?
Other than that, good luck finding the server, I suggest you make sure you have the royalties covered..or move up here to canada and get a server in canada to avoid them ;)
