Canadian Dedicated Servers {Not Ripoffs}

Does anyone know of a good Canadian Company, or US, but that has servers available in datacenters in Canada? Reason being, I need one in Canada to avoid the bastard royalties imposed on Webcasting by those bastards at the RIAA, BMI and etc. But a lot of the companies I am finding are ripping people off with like 400GB of bandwidth for the price of a what a dual xeon 2.8GHz, 1GB Ram, 120GB HDD with 2000GB bandwidth would cost down in the US...and calling it an amazing deal with a lot of bandwidth..

Either that, or if anyone knows of places that have good colo prices up here in Canada (perferrably near Toronto) with good specs...

Thanks to anyone who can help..been googling this and searchning multiple directories...can't find much except Rackforce.com, but I think that unmetered is a bit low for my needs..
