This is the second design ive been though.. and ill tell you a couple thing not to comment on (meaning i know about this and obviously i think it looks god this way so just dont try) hehe

1. The links being squarish ..

uh.. and... uh.. i guess thats it... only a couple of the links actually do anything.. and oh yeah.. i got this awesome forum provider..

Well first I would anti-alias the logo, it looks kinda jagged. Second I would redo the buttons because for some reason they just don't look right. Other then that it looks good.
