The 'The Page Cannot Be Displayed' message is pretty boring, perhaps you you mite consider changing the background color and adding a few more graphics to the design?? lol..just kidn.
Get it back up man, i'm interested to compare your site's features with my site's. I to run a humor site called CheapHumor which will be released eventually. In 2003 my site died then i lost interest. was based on a guestbook script with sloppy PHP coding. now i am learning programming and hav entirely coded mine from scratch. it's taken me 3 weeks and its up ready to go (just unreleased). i'll b posting a link to review my site in a moment in this forum if you wish to check it out. (link in signature wont work)
good luck with your site.

looks pretty clean cut which is good. sum additional color would look good. are you going to use a mysql backend for the site? things could get messy to manage n time consuming to update all the htm files all the time.

ur choice. i started with a system like that with my site originally...i got sick of updating it manually. the current system of my site allows ppl to add a joke, i get an email saying there are jokes awaiting processing...i go into the administration and process the joke where i can re-edit it and allow it to b displayed on the site...or i can delete it. to me its simple n time consuming option.

The layout is okay, but by no means wonderful.
For a humour-based website, with dynamic content, one would hope, you should take more advantage of the screen real-estate available to you, so the person viewing the site can browse it with ease, without having to strain themsevles to enjoy it.
Without content, there isn't much else to say, but I'd say a re-design is in order for a site like that, unless you're making a blog.

It is pretty hard to rate that. If you need some real hosting that will not go down, contact me.

Did you change your mind? Doesn't appear to be running on a flat text file. All in PHP. Is this a portal script of some kind or did you code it yourself? Is this 'mambo'? I like the navigation menu in the new design.
