is talkhost down?

I wanted to open my site : zeilkamp.talkhost.info but it did not show up so i went to www.talkhost.info and it allso did'nt appear. Does anyone know if the server is down or something? Or if they quitted? Because it is the second time this month :S

Try pinging it, like below in a comand prompt. PS site does load in a browser.

If that fails replace 'ping' with 'tracert' and try again probably a routing prob :)

Or httpd may have failed if you can either ping or FTP.

yes... last night it was up, but now it seems down.... :S can someone tell me what is going on.. And is the owner of the server active on this board?

what the hell is going on? Even the premium accounts are down, my site has been down for 2 days now, and so is there own site and any .talkhost.info addresses google found


If the owner is on here SORT IT OUT. I have a buisness to run and if I pay for hosting I expect it to be WORKING. The site has been up and down every day since i signed up.

The server was down but all is working normally again. I can only apologise for any inconvenience this caused.

Your sites have been removed as we do not allow multiple accounts so how can you tell if they have been up or down.
You still did not explain about paying for your hosting. You opened 2 free accounts with us.

The server is now running fine after a complete os reinstall

I didn't mean I had a paid hosting account, I CLEARLY said "Even the pay hosting is down, I have a business to run and IF I had a paid account, then I would expect it to be working." I was referring to people who had payed for hosting, not me, as their sites were down too. :shame:

I have 1 account with you, scanning.talkhost.info. I don't know where you got crb.talkhost.info from, but its certainly not mine. :angry2:

BEFORE my site was suspended, it was up and down all day, and I have emails from members saying they couldn't access it. :tongue2:

And anyway, I don't need your free hosting anyway, which is why I have moved to a paid host that doesn't have 99.999% downtime.
