I need a host with:

MySQL Database (15 MB and up)
Perl/CGI 5
100 MB Disk Space
FTP access
SSI Enabled
[/list=1]


Can anyone help me?

Although there is a $15 one time setup fee.....directoris.com has all that. But im not sure about the MySQL size.

If I have understood it right you can dispose of your space as you see fit as long as you stay within the stipulated parameters, 250MB/5GB.

There was an error in my request, I only need 15 MB of MySQL space. and 10Mb would be suitable.
