I had an account I was not to pleased to see the CPU level's in the image, also around 15-30 min's
of downtime that no one even notices sometimes and above ALL they still cannot spell XEON: Xoen?

Maybe it was just the wrong time, but you are right cheap prices and you get what you pay for.
Support takes upto 1-2 day to answer questions

There is quite a few reviews/discussion's on this site, just look over google

http://www.hostingdiscussion.com/showthread.php?t=5351

The guy seems to post reviews from himself and has been caught doing so in the past.
The status page is off 77 not 66

Sorry don't like there attitude and quite sick of seeing there Since 2001 No Bad Reviews Post,
theoretically how can you not have no bad review since 2001?

Thank you for your respond, we're always looking for improvements. Exactly where on the site do you see "Xoen"? If you find any, we will fix it.

That thread does not prove anything, and those in that post are actually past client and is NOT one person. If you need proof, I can provide their sites. Which I would be happy to provide. More about our experience at HD can be found here (http://review.roboticalworld.com/showproduct.php/product/1).

No bad reviews? We've removed that since we had a few these bad months. And where did you read our hosting company is since 2001? Our hosting company is since 2003 to correct you with the facts. Our main company, RW Networks, is since 2001.

Also the screenshot of the load is not to be found at RWH Services again, he took it when we had an abuser on our server that was hosting warez and movie downloads. And had about 200+ connections try to download it.

If you have any other concerns, I or my staff will be happy to answer.

What about a few days after again

As you post on your forum the site was suspended so why another load

http://forums.roboticalworld.com/showthread.php?t=4809

30mins of this, no one is there? If there was it would have been rectified.

Your prices are so low what is the point of $1 or 2 dollars a month.

To the above person maybe you should try http://www.httpme.com now that's a great service.
No way you can pay $1 or $2 a month A MONTH for a good service!

Mr Dragon where is your external up time report which is not 1 hour ping because that tells nothing

We obviously have a lot of signups everyday, out of all those sign-ups there had to be abusers. And yes, those were promotional prices, the ones you have paid before. So, yes there is a way that you can get $1 or $2 for good hosting when other people don't abuse the server. And your images are very very old. We've been dealing with fraud paypal accounts daily. And we do have tons of support tickets daily so, it does take sometimes to get to yours. Hope this clears your questions. Also here an image of the load I just took at: right here (http://www.roboticalworld.com/public/stats.gif).

I think this is a great host... I've been with them for about 2 months now, and haven't had many problems with them. Granted there was a few abusers, but they were taken care of very quickly.

I'm currently signed up for the "Professional" plan, which is far more bandwidth then I need, but I got it so my website could grow for a while without me upgrading my plan.

If you are thinking about starting a website, and want a good host, I'd highly recommend this host, as their low costs make it easy to afford (I'm paying about $6.50 for 5,000MB of space and 50,000MB of bandwidth - that would cost $15 or more at other hosting companys).

The website I host with Robotical World is http://www.ahknetworks.net

I read in one of those posts that someone left the link for, that roboticalworld claims to own 2 datacenters in Texas. Is this the truth?

Dragonlordgod
April 5th, 2005, 20:36
Uhh, we don't own 2 datacenter in Dallas. But the Planet does...Hmm. Oh, I forgot they just had a new one, so it's three datacenter. This is my last answer to any chaos in that thread at HD. I prefer not to discuss about it.

I bought a domain registration-plus-hosting plan for$10 from roboticalworld 3 days ago. barely a couple of days on, I cannot access even their web site roboticalworld.com, leave along my own site. The down time's been a few hours now.

Another point: via cpanel, i have the option to choose among 3 web mails: neo, horde, and squirrel. Tried sending early morning a mail via horde; the mail just got stuck. Neo mail worked, though. As I told you, the service has been down so can't really dig further.

I went for roboticalworld after going through the reviews here. Hope it's a one-off glitch!

Everything is back and running. There was a client abuse. One of his script did a task that took all the CPU. We've disabled the script, and installed a script monitor to aviod future abuse.
