Hy my account was blocked bcz of invalid clicks
i apply more than 2 times for the same site from different email addresses but they didn't respond me

can anyone can create an adsense activated account for me that i can use

NO. We do not allow such activites. Your account was suspended for a reason, creating multiple accounts is NOT The ANSWER. And NOBODY here with Help you with that. Too bad.
