Free domain & hosting?

I am desperate for a domain...really...
I really, really, really want one...with hosting...
So I have to pay every month...
And I have a paypal account but.....
I dont have a credit cards...
and.....
they wont accept bank accounts from my country...
So what should i do?
Can anyone help me pls? I'm desperate....
I'm willing to put anything you want in my site...
Banners...ads...
And I will also make you the owner of the site too...
