story about cheap and unlimited hosting

i want to host my site to local company (at Malaysia) because it cheap and can accept local check. They offer unlimited bandwidth. Then i'm email their support due to this matter. and this is what they reply.

Yes, you manage mySQL via phpmyadmin on Linux packages.

We give unlimited bandwidth. But if your site is popular, you may
consider
moving to your own dedicated server to ensure your site is more
efficient.
Otherwise you may encounter "Server busy" error due to the shared
resources
in a virtual hosing environment.

I guess they mean something like 100GB/mo. At 10GB you won't get an error like that.

correction:
At 10GB you shouldn't get an error like that.
Unfortunately, they can choose how many users to put on a server, which determines when, how often, or how soon you'll get a server error. In other words, "when it's required to get a dedicated server" is entirely up to their wishes.
