We have a website already at http://www.realh2o.com and we had a PHPBB hosted on a different host, but that host went down. If anyone could host a forum, preferbly PHPBB, that would be great.

I don't understand how that's worth negative rep. He didn't say, nor does his terms of conditions state, that forum-only hosting is against his hosts' rules. All capture did was respond to an offer...granted the coping and pasting of offers gets more than annoying, but I don't believe he did anything wrong.

Well it's two things, 1) impolite to post offers that go against the users request, 2) it's against the rules.

I dont see that I broke any rules by posting an offer, and my offer is not only for website hosting, but anything you would need a host for. Since when do you have to have a host that only accepts "Forum hosting" to have a forum hosted?
Please mind your own business, as making statements like that only make you look like a fool, and your hosting business very unprofessional.
