I wonder if anyone can help.

I am looking for a UK based/Priced host that will offer the following:

at least 100 MB Space
Min. 3GB Bandwidth
Subdomain support (additional)
ASP
PHP 4
CGI/Perl 5
mySQL
Logs/.htaccess etc.

Does anyone know of any? I would be looking to spend hopefully under £12 GBP per month.
