My site is http://nooblet.tribuon.net/index.php I know the layout is pretty awful compared to most sites, but any suggestions for improvement would be appreciated.

Increase the font size and change the background image for those tables to something that does not contain those lines.

I made the lines brighter so it's easier to read now.

not bad, if u could add more gfx ur site it will help make it look a lot better unless u plan to keep it simple

I agree. More graphics would definitely help out alot. Make sure to push the purpose of your site more with the graphics. Very nicely laid out and the colors are great! Good job!
