i feel the photography is a bit better. try centering the page, and resizing the top 5 photos, so they are the height of the logo.

try to steer clear of using times new roman in your design. it makes it look tacky, especially when using it in small fonts; makes it unclear to read. also, you may want to consider enlarging the page headings. to improve navigation, it may be wise to include a link to the home page in the top navigation bar. apart from that, good.

the navigation bar at the top should be a sans-serif font, and the regular blue on top of the red strains the eyes, try changing the color of the navigation bar.

Apply your hyperlink rollover effect to your navigation bar links as well.
