so how to upload the file via FTP?
and where's the members area? i did login but it took me to my mail inbox :confused:
who speaks slovak language here, pls i need your help!

Sorry...I've been quite a moron...I accidentally clicked 'post new thread' instead of 'post reply'...
This actually should be the reply in the "Host.sk"...
What I wanna ask is how to upload f=via FTP to Host.sk, cos I didnt found anythign about it in the website (which I dont know the language).

Okay, basics. you need to get a ftp program. First of all, you need to know the address of the server you'll be uploading to. for geocities it's like ftp.geocities.com for others, I'm not certain. There's usually a help page or a faq page that tells you to use port:80 and the ftp address.

nahh...thats not what i mean... of course i know how to upload via FTP :o
what i actually wanted to ask is how to upload to host.sk's FTP? whats the address, etc?

ftp.host.sk and to login to email; go to the main site and fill in your username and password on the right.

port 80 is the standard httpd daemon port.
port 21 is the standard tftp daemon port. you got it mixed up :)
