Well torrents are perfectly legal, some game manufacturers use them to get patches out.

Basically a person uploads a torrent, then people that download that torrent will download from the person that uploaded the torrent. So the site offers torrents that can be downloaded at only 18KB then they are opened in an application. Basically like a P2P but only you get a direct link via a small file, I have probably really confused you lol
