It is pretty good for a start. The header images are not very clear. I am not very font of the marquee that you have at the top. The website should be centered in my opinion, or at least fill the screen. Your "web-page maker" image at the bottom is tacky and does not even work. The area at the bottom that has your hit counter needs something done with it. The blue text does not go in there very well.
