they will send the password and user name be usual mail to your french address

...so you can't sign up if you don't live in france or know someone there who can recieve the info. That sucks!

Hello,

Don't misunderstand FreeISPs features like webspace...
Free.FR is first a good Free ISP giving 50
Megs to his members and allowing additional accounts with 50 Megs.

By the way you should enter a postal address to get your password, but you can write any country and any address.
The only checks are the postcode and the phone number that should be of French format (PC: 75001, Phone: 0141414141)

Yeah, you can enter another country, but you won't recieve the information.
I live in Canada and I signed up, bu I never recieved the letter.
And, anyway, it's harder to recieve the info if they don't have your real postal code. And they say they're going to call you to tell you the phone number to connect to the internet.
