Illegal MP3s?

I have a few types of MP3s that I would like to know if they would qualify as illegal or whatnot.

1. Karaoke MP3s - No singer...sure there's instruments. But it was mostly the singers that got upset.

2. Japanese MP3s - I don't think the Japanese were fighting Napster `.`'

3. Instrumental MP3s

If you don't own the copyrights to them, and the copyright owners have not released them to the public domain... then technically they are still illegal... I think.

Card Captor Sakura MP3s right? They are illegal, but the big hosting companies aren't going to do a damn thing about it. Too bad Cyril.com decided to close his services. He would have hosted you (and wouldn't have deleted the MP3s)
