Easy file storage.

Do you really need a dedicated server? Or just a big account? Do you need any control panel? For dedicated server, do you need it managed or un-managed?

It can cost a little or a lot, set yourself a budget that you can go to then you'll get an idea of the spec available for that. A smalll budget server may be a good option at the spec you've given but if you want to get the best deal basically say a limit price. :)
