I have a new site and I need some traffic. Can anyone suggest me good traffic exchange sites?

Try www.trafficswarm.com or www.nomorehits.com. Traffic exchanges generally do not work....unless you want traffic for the sake for getting traffic. I'd spend my time on traditional traffic-building strategies.

Try exchanging links with similar sites for a start, so you get a little traffic, and with some work you'll get some search engine rankings.

A good way is to get a forum signiture image, and then link it back to your site. If people like your site, then they might tell others.

Then go to every forum you can possibly think of and spam it up for a month or so. Then find more forums, and after a while go back to the first ones.

Repeat this over and over, you should get quite a few people to visit your site.
