I suggested them many, many, many times... they might be a little slow, but they are the only decent ones that match those requirements.

now that I've registered, when I try to ftp to their server it says no server by that name...It says on there that something is updated at 1:00GMT, could that mean that my website will be created at 1:00GMT?

It is a small downtime, they will be up by 1:00GMT I guess.

i too am signed up with them... i believe that the time new websites are created is around 9:30PM eastern time every day.
